I came across Sarvada Jewels while browsing for a solitaire ring in August-September 2020. My aim was to get a good quality product at a reasonable cost. And Sarvada Jewels offered just that. Price wise - The prices are reasonable, they offer you want you want. Comparable prices with Blue Nile and James Allen. Consultation - Consultation and response time is seamless. Product Delivery - I wanted the ring to be delivered to Kashipur which is a small town in Uttrakhand. But they don't deliver high value products in these towns. So I had to travel to Mumbai (my other home) to get the ring. You may want to check once about the delivery location before procuring the product. Initially I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy the solitaire online (based on virtual shopping) but the 100x magnified images shared by them time to time did help me in choosing my stone. Visit to the store/outlet - Since they are offer wholesale prices. I am not sure if there is an option of visiting a factory/outlet, physically seeing the stone and procuring it. In my case, I wanted to visit the Dehradun center but was denied that option (could be due to COVID also). They maintain complete transparency and are absolutely authentic. All prices and options are also listed on their website. You can go with a budget and they guide and consult you accordingly. Overall, I liked the product, consultation, guidance, professionalism. I ordered my engament diamond ring from the Sarvada website. Originally, I was skeptic about ordering jewelry online but the service provided by them is outstanding. The diamond options are very nice and are good value for money. Bhavesh from customer service helped understand all the details of each diamond I wanted to see.They do not provide ASET scope images for diamonds lower than 1carat but all the other details and high resolutions images and videos are provided. I ordered a trial ring before ordering the final one and it was perfect. The whole process went extremely smooth and I am happy with my purchase.
